Separability
If any provision of these Terms and Condition of Ordering shall be deemed illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other legal provisions hereof which together shall then be construed as if such illegal and unenforceable provision or provisions had not been inserted herein, unless such illegality or unenforceability shall destroy the underlying business purpose of these Terms and Condition of Ordering.

Force Majeure
Go4Fiber shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of Go4Fiber in the conduct of its business.

Availability
Go4Fiber keeps most of the products in stock. If a product is not in stock when purchaser place order, Go4Fiber will do the best to let the purchaser know. Go4Fiber will also provide the best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our web site and provided the most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Limited Warranty Service
Except products belongs to Bargain Shop section, all products are warranted by Go4Fiber only to purchasers for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use (consumables, normal tear and wear excluded) for one year after date of purchase from Go4Fiber, unless otherwise stated. Any part which is determined by Go4Fiber to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Go4Fiber or authorized service location, as Go4Fiber designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, at Go4Fiber's option.
Go4Fiber makes no guarantee against and shall not be liable regarding any damage to products installed, operated or maintained negligently in any manner or otherwise not due to Go4Fiber's fault. Go4Fiber shall be allowed a reasonable period to investigate any Buyer's claim for a defective product and shall be given access to Buyer's relevant records and data for this purpose.
For products listed in Bargain Shop, no warranty will be provided. Used Items under Bargain Shop are sold as-is while other products sold are brand new

Limitation Of Liability
ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. GO4FIBER 'S LIABILITY IN ALL EVENTS IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID.

Cancellation
Any cancellation must be approved by Go4Fiber, and may be subject to restocking and other charges.

Product Information
Go4Fiber's ability to keep product information accurate and up-to-date is limited by manufacturers and other industry sources ability to provide product information. Therefore, Go4Fiber makes no warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of the catalogue data.

Pricing
Because of the fast-moving nature of the fiber optics industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. Go4Fiber will do its best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and Go4Fiber reserves the right to make changes without notice. If purchaser have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold the order and inform the purchaser of the increase.

Payment Terms
All payment must be in US dollars. Unless varied herein, shipping terms are Ex-Work. Go4Fiber accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card. Go4Fiber also accepts T/T in advance or cash payment.
For credit card payment, the order will be processed in Hong Kong in HK dollars. Currently the exchange rate is US$1 to HK$7.8. If credit card payment is chosen, customer is to be responsible for the exchange rate difference charged by the credit card company.

Freight Policy
One-way free local delivery will only be available to Hong Kong client for each purchase over HK$5,000.00 in one order. Local customers can collect their order at our office for order less than HK$5,000.00

Purchasers are welcome to provide their own courier collect a/c for freight charge incurred. Should no courier collect a/c be available, international shipments are delivered normally through FedEx or DHL unless otherwise specified. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. If any item is backordered on an order qualifying for freight prepayment, that item will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. Any discrepancies with the order must be reported to Go4Fiber within 48 hours of receipts.

Shipping Options
International shipments are delivered normally through FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS unless otherwise specified.

Export And Import Licenses; Permits And Freight Forwarder
Notwithstanding anything contained herein and unless expressly agreed, purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for any permits, licenses, or other governmental authorization(s) necessary for the exportation or importation of the products into the designated country of importation, and it shall comply with all laws and regulations thereof. Purchaser shall select and pay the freight forwarder who shall solely be the Purchaser's agent. The freight forwarder's actions shall not be deemed authorized by, or binding upon Go4Fiber, unless expressly agreed to by Go4Fiber.

Changes and errors
Go4Fiber promises to do everything to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product outlook, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. Go4Fiber reserves the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.

Return Policies
Defective products will be accepted for exchange, at our discretion, within 14 days from receipt. Buyer might be requested to return the defective products to Go4Fiber for verification or authorized service location, as Go4Fiber designated, shipping costs prepaid. The replacement, which is identical to the defective unit in terms of both model and appearance, will be delivered to the buyer, shipping costs prepaid by Go4Fiber. As long as no replacement unit is available, Go4Fiber will liaise with the buyer for compensating the buyer with goods of value equivalent to the defective product. No refunds or credit will be provided, except under the condition of no product can be selected for compensation. Go4Fiber will only refund the amount of payment receipt at our bank account. Order over 14 days from the invoice date will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Some products (e.g. custom made, uncataloged and "As-is" items) will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Go4Fiber.

Governing Law; Limitations
Transactions between purchaser and Go4Fiber shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administration Region (SAR), without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement, the policies printed in the applicable Go4Fiber's catalogue, and the policies, terms and conditions stated on the applicable Go4Fiber's invoice or packing slip constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.
