All of the information submitted is regarded as strictly confidentially and will not be shared with any parties. We may use the information we collect to occasionally notify clients about major functionally changes to our web site, new service, new products, and special offers and promotion we think client will find valuable. The collected information also allows us to process and fulfill clients' order and notify client of their order status.

What will be the cost of the products listed in Go4Fiber?

As you can see from our online shopping service, all our excellent quality products will be offered to you at a reasonable price at Ex-Works Hong Kong.

What will be the delivery cost?

For international orders, if you would like to have your nominated courier to collect the products, the delivery cost will be directly charged to your collect account of courier. Should collect account cannot be provided, the delivery cost will be charged based on instant shipping charges via our FedEx account. Instant FedEx charge calculation is based on total weight of all items in shopping cart in single shipment. As the calculation is powered by FedEx system, we reserve the right not to process the order due to system error or unexpected over volumetric effect. In such case, we will contact you again for correct delivery charges. If you don’t agree or pay additional charges, we will 100% refund the order to you.

Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee.

How the goods will be delivered?

If ordered items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. However, if the items are out of stock or in backorder, estimated leadtime will be shown. Ordered items will be dispatched in single shipment.

You can assign you own courier to collect the products by providing your courier collect account no. Otherwise, we will deliver the goods by FedEx.

Title and risk of loss pass to Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier. Any discrepancies with the order must be reported to Go4Fiber within 48 hours of receipts.

How can I order the goods?

To ease the ordering procedure, Go4Fiber are pleased to offer our valuable customers three ordering channels, ie., Online Ordering, Fax Order Form and Issuing Formal Purchasing Order.

What is the bank account for Go4Fiber.com if I wish to make T/T payment?

For security reason, we will not disclose the account number in our website. We will show our bank details on the proforma invoice if you have chosen T/T in advanced as payment.

What is a Payment Gateway?

It's a secure connection from Go4Fiber.com to internet merchant account and our payment processing network. In order to accept credit cards through the Internet, you need a payment gateway to process your transactions in real time. The payment gateway like an online credit card machine that receives encrypted transactions from the merchant's host server, authenticates the merchant, decrypts the payment information, and transmits the data for authorization and settling.

  1. Inputs credit card information on Payment Gateway.
  2. The Payment Gateway encrypts data and securely sends it to our Internet Merchant Account.
  3. The transaction is reviewed for authorization.
  4. The result is encrypted and sent back through the payment gateway.
  5. You get the results and decide whether or not to fulfill the order.

Should there be any discrepancies with my order, can I get any exchange or return of goods?

For any orders made through Go4Fiber online purchase system, customer can receive refund (100% purchase amount less of shipping charges) if buyer pays return shipping and send back the orders within 21 days upon order confirmation. This offer is not valid if orders are made offline. Refund will be credited to your credit card/ paypal upon receipt returned products. Customer is to be responsible for the exchange rate difference charged by the credit card company.

Defective products will be accepted for exchange, at our discretion, within 14 days from shipment date. Buyer might be requested to return the defective products to Go4Fiber for verification or authorized service location, as Go4Fiber designated, shipping costs prepaid. The replacement, which is identical to the defective unit in terms of both model and appearance, will be delivered to the buyer, shipping costs prepaid by Go4Fiber. As long as no replacement unit is available, Go4Fiber will liaise with the buyer for compensating the buyer with goods of value equivalent to the defective product. No refunds or credit will be provided, except under the condition of no product can be selected for compensation. Go4Fiber will only refund the amount of payment receipt at our bank account. Order over 14 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for return under any circumstances. Some products (e.g. custom made, uncataloged and "As-is" items) will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Go4Fiber.

What is the minimum order?

Neither restriction will be imposed on the total value nor quantity of any order. However, you are not recommended to have small amount order as most freight forwarders will impose minimum charge per consignment.

If you have chosen bank wire transfer as payment, additional handling charge of US$30.00 will be added to bill for every order less than US$500.00

Can I check my ordering status online?

Yes! You can review the status of any order you have placed . Just go to Orders and Returns. There is tracking no. for the shipment if orders have been dispatched from our warehouse.

How is the warranty for Go4Fiber's product?

Except products belongs to Bargain Shop section, all products are warranted by Go4Fiber only to purchasers for resale or for use in business or original equipment manufacture, against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use (consumables, normal tear and wear excluded) for one year after date of purchase from Go4Fiber, unless otherwise stated. Any part which is determined by Go4Fiber to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Go4Fiber or authorized service location, as Go4Fiber designates, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, at Go4Fiber's option.

Go4Fiber makes no guarantee against and shall not be liable regarding any damage to products installed, operated or maintained negligently in any manner or otherwise not due to Go4Fiber's fault. Go4Fiber shall be allowed a reasonable period to investigate any Buyer's claim for a defective product and shall be given access to Buyer's relevant records and data for this purpose.

For products listed in Bargain Shop, no warranty will be provided. Used Items under Bargain Shop are sold as-is while other products sold are brand new..
