Viavi Solutions (JDSU) field microscope is specially designed for field termination inspection. Available in fiber magnifications (400X and 200X) with built-in laser safety filters, these easy-to-use microscopes are now the preferred inspection tool among fiber optic cable assemblers and trainers. Each microscope includes a universal adaptor for 2.5mm ferrules which incorporates a positive grab mechanism to allow one-hand operation. A full set of adaptors for almost every types of connectors is available, where various dedicated adaptor caps are also available.
