Shipping & Leadtime

If ordered items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. However, if the items are out of stock or in backorder, estimated leadtime will be shown. Ordered items will be dispatched in single shipment.

We ship worldwide and here is shipping mode available:

• FedEx/ Hong Kong Speedpost delivery (Instant shipping charges will be calculated and displayed if shipping information has been entered. Go4Fiber will charge you directly during check-out . The transit time for FedEx and Hong Kong Speedpost will be around 1-3 and 5-10 business days to most countries respectively.)
• Your courier collect account (Your courier will bill you directly and the rate may be varied from our online shipping rate.)
• Self-pickup (This is only applicable to customers in Hong Kong.)

Tax, duties and any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. We will not be liable for any mistakes made by the courier and possible delivery delay or loss due to custom inspection.

Tracking no. will be notified upon shipment via email and you can keep track of ordering history if you log-in to your profile.

Instant FedEx and Hong Kong Speedpost charge calculation is based on total weight of all items in shopping cart in single shipment. As the calculation is powered by FedEx or Hong Kong Speedpost system, we reserve the right not to process the order due to system error or unexpected over volumetric effect. In such case, we will contact you again for correct delivery charges. If you don’t agree or pay additional charges, we will 100% refund the order to you.

Online ordering is available to all countries except Algeria, Argentina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Nigeria, Russia and Ukraine.
